The stole fee is supposed to be the equivalent of the wages of a laborer for the hour or two of mass, not for the entire day. 25 is not unreasonable, nor 30

It was sarcasm, it was in reply to another one of Ladislaus' slandering of sspx falsely accusing them of sending your stipend to individuals who may or may not even be valid priests.

I remember when I became Catholic, there was never a thing that Mass stipend listed exact number they wanted. Everybody just gave what they could and it varied. I asked the priest how much he would like, he told me that I was a student so he would not charge anything and would say the Mass for my intention. I was shocked when I saw the first time that they put number on for Mass stipend.
