Russia could falsely blame U.S. and Ukraine for building chemical and biological weapons to justify using chemical weapons against Ukraine: senior U.S. defense official. China has assisted Russian officials in creating this narrative, officials said
Call me suspicious -- we all know that the bad guys (West) has such facilities in Ukraine -- this is obvious propaganda.
This is getting a bit confusing though -- kind of "meta". Propaganda accusing the other side of propaganda! Makes one's head spin.

If we believe that current US officials are controlled by China (and they are), then this whole Ukraine thing is a back-handed play by China to weaken Russia - make them "fight" a war in their backyard, and destroy Russia's currency/ruble. Then the (china controlled) West sanctions Russia and refuses to buy their oil, which not only hurts the West's economies but also Russia's. Who benefits? China does, because Russia will have to sell their oil to them, at a deeply discounted rate because the ruble is nearly worthless.
So we can see now why Trump-Putin were 'friendly'. Because their common enemy was China. I truly believe that China is the real threat in the next 5 years; Putin knows this but has to "play nice" because they are trading partners. Russia is in a dangerous situation.

If anything it'll be the US that launches chemical/biological weapons to blame it on Russia. US has a history of perpetrating fαℓѕє fℓαgs. Every word that comes out of a US official's mouth is a lie, even when they say "Good Morning."

I agree.
It's just funny when they pre-emptively accuse Russia of planning a fαℓѕє fℓαg, so the USA's fαℓѕє fℓαg will be covered, as it were.
Like I said, it's almost confusing.
In the old days, the US might say, "Russia is going to use chemical weapons on the Ukrainians!"
But today they say, "Russia is going to use chemical weapons on the Ukrainians, and claim that WE did it to ourselves, as a fαℓѕє fℓαg!"
So if they don't do it, they're caught, and if they do it, they're caught? Kind of like "Damned if you do, damned if you don't"?
Kind of like "When did you stop beating your wife?"

US fαℓѕє fℓαgs have become so obvious that they had to add a layer of misdirection. Before it was US hitting itself and blaming someone else. Now that the notion of a fαℓѕє fℓαg has become well known, they will hit someone else and claim that they did it to themselves. So it's a fαℓѕє fℓαg fαℓѕє fℓαg.

Actually, I'm still wondering if there really is a "Wuhan virus" or if the people who have actually gotten sick just got one of the many seasonal flu viruses out there.
I think China was conducting a biological warfare exercise and when the West acted like there was a real disease out there, they played it up.
