    • It's really not a new concept.

    Examples:

    Using precipitation to mask movement, stage attacks etc. (sizeable portion of TacIntel deals with illumination and weather. No secret, just basic strategy and tactics.)

    Making temporary dams to, for example, generate floods, deny enemy hydration, create droughts, or create an environment of disease.

    Seeding clouds.

    Not surprising if the tech develops to give more immediate influence over environment. 

    The hubris that would be involved, and the repercussions from tampering with already highly chaotic systems however... typical homo sapient "stoopit"

    Indeed, not new at all.  Nice to have all the docuмentation for skeptics, though.  There's probably more we don't know.  And yes, such tampering is very very 'stoopit'.

      Well, I'm somewhat skeptical myself at least as to scope and particulars, if you'll pardon the wordplay. One of the perils esp. of a forum is that the work is rarely shown, and even if the poster isn't leaping to conclusions, the post "itself" ends up doing so by omission.

    There's probably more we don't know.  And yes, such tampering is very very 'stoopit'.

     Playing God always is, and that is an understatement. We should have courage and confidence though, or take heart if we don't, pride heralding falls and all.

    • Are there any docs that prove that the very long-lasting California drought was caused by weather modification?

    A doctor in Oregon suggested that Lithium is a cloud desiccant that can be used to create droughts and also to create fire tornadoes.

    Some of my friends (in fact a lot of Californians) do not want to believe that weather modification is being used as a weapon to cause this drought and the floods that nearly broke ten dams here in Northern California. Unfortunately, they have bought the Gore-Soros lie that is it human activity (like passing gas) that is causing climate change.

    It is not the beans that create gas that causes climate change, that effect is negligible and laughable. Instead, it is the military-chemical-industrial complex who is tampering with our weather and who is making war against US civilians.
