President Donald Trump - was never told. Those operations have now become far more extensive to the point that the United States is, in fact, a combatant against Russia, in Ukraine.
Prior to and just after the beginning of Russia's Special Military Operation (SMO) inside Ukraine, the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and U.S. Special Operations Forces, were operating inside Ukraine. Their operations are now far more extensive than they were early in the war, when U.S. intelligence officials were fearful that Russia would bulldoze over the Ukrainian army.
There is a much larger presence of both CIA and U.S. special operations personnel and resources in Ukraine than there were at the time of the Russian invasion in February, several current and former intelligence officials have revealed.
When Russia began its SMO, the CIA assessment of Ukraine forces was so pessimistic, the agency believed Ukraine would be smashed out of existence; Kiev, they said, would fall within a week or two. This prompted the Biden regime to withdraw intelligence and Special Operations Forces.
But within months, the Biden administration sent the clandestine assets that had been pulled out of Ukraine back into the country, the military and intelligence officials said. One U.S. official insisted that the CIA only conducted a partial withdrawal of its assets when the war began, and that the agency “never completely left.”
Not only is there a presence of CIA and Special Operations Forces, (Read "boots on the ground") there are also "resources." (Read weapons) being used by those forces.
Secret U.S. operations inside Ukraine are being conducted under a presidential covert action finding, current and former officials said. The finding indicates that the president has quietly notified certain congressional leaders about the administration’s decision to conduct a broad program of clandestine operations inside the country. One former special forces officer said that Biden amended a preexisting finding, originally approved during the Obama administration.
President Donald Trump was allegedly never told these operations were taking place, or that they had even been authorized.
Word in Intelligence Community circles is that this information has been leaked to mass-media, and will be published shortly. As such I feel comfortable revealing it here.
What this now proves, is that U.S. Intelligence Agencies were part of the 2014 "coup" that overthrew Ukraine's Democratically elected President, Viktor Yanukovich, have been involved directly in the placement of a puppet regime, favorable to the west, in Ukraine, and have been instrumental in causing Ukraine to attack Luhansk and Donetsk, which forced Russia to enter Ukraine in February, 2022.
The revelations of an Obama Presidential COVERT ACTION FINDING, which Congress WAS told about, is irrefutable proof the war in Ukraine is, in fact, a war being run by the United States, against Russia.
Russia now has casus belli to attack the United States militarily, because the Obama administration authorized the use of Special Operations Forces from our military, inside Ukraine, against Russia, and the US Congress, which could have stopped it, was notified and did not stop it.
We are now sitting ducks because Barack Obama signed a COVERT ACTION FINDING, that sent our troops into Ukraine to cause a war with Russia.
Barack Obama may well turn out to be the single individual responsible for the nuclear war deaths of millions of Americans, as the Russians now have proof we are an actual Combatant inside Ukraine, and may use nuclear weapons against us for what we've done to them.
