  • We'd spend trillions of dollars defending the Zionist Jєωs and would end up losing the war.

  • World War 3 could break out if Russia and China decide to side with Iran -- they certainly seem inclined that direction.

    No Matthew, nobody ever sides with us. Our allies always leave us alone. History repeats itself. It has always been the case. Ghajar kings tried hard to be friends with France, then with England, then with Russia. all in vain. Reza shah tried to be friend with Germany, now we are trying to be friends with Russia, China and Venezuela but it is a failure as ever.

    If the US went ot war with Iran it would be an illegal war, let alone an immoral one. The US should consider itself lucky to have any allies as it is!

    That is exactly what will happen I'm sure.

    Well they wouldn't side with you because they like you or want to be your friends...

  • Iran may take pre-emptive action if pushed. (so we might have a war even without a fαℓѕє fℓαg attack).

    Attacking Iran would require more than 100 aircraft (and hence Israel cannot pull it off alone).

    China and Russia back Assad (Syria) .. and ironically probably Israel and the US too (although they won't admit it openly).

    China intends to defend Iran if it is attacked (not sure how reliable this source is).

    But basically Iran is not Iraq.

    Transciption (90%):
    Syrian summary 23/02/2012

    Homs Baba Amro battle concludes
    ===========================
    The terrorist stronghold of Baba Amro, was completely surrounded since the beginning of last week and the complex tunnel system had been either sealed or secured. This tunnel system contained many computers, and communication devices and even had optic fibre connections, israel tranmission equipment. Some mercenaries of foreign nationality were captured in the tunnels.

    The terrorists in Baba Amro were given multiple chances to surrender, and a deal was finally cut between the Syrian nationals and the army. In exchange of leniant sentencing, the domestic terrorists gave away the locations of all foreign mercenaries. The final battle involved the destruction of the base of operation, where 2 foreign journalists were unwittingly acting as human shields for the terrorists. The army was unaware of their existence at the time and they were killed in the crossfire that ensued.

    Several foreigners were captured over the course of fighting, including between 9-30 Frenchmen, one of whom is ranked as a Colonel in the DGSE. They have all requested prisoner of war status. At least one American mercenary was killed, attempting to cross the border along with weapons smugglers.

    With the terrorist stronghold defeated, all that remains are remanents around the large countryside of Homs. The fight against these is being aided with drones that are helping the army anticipate any ambush, pulling the initiative from the terrorist forces.

    Idleb
    ====
    In so-called "cleaning operations" 50 terrorists have been killed and over 100 have been captured. The border with Turkey remains a military zone and is sealed by a strong fortification of the army, including many trenches spanning the common entrances. 3 army personnel were killed in a road side bomb attack by the terrorists, along with 8 wounded. The "cleaning operations" are expected to intensify over the coming days.

    Latakia
    ======
    The army raided a warehouse in the countryside that contained a large number of weapons snuck in from the Turkish border over months. Several terrorists were killed and captured, 4 army personnel were wounded.

    Aleppo
    =====
    Terrorist and supporters commenced an armed ιnѕυrrєcтισn in Aleppo university, firing pistols into the air and intimidating people to join their "protest". After some investigation was done, Syrian intelligence captured 120 of these offenders within 24 hours.

    Damascus
    ========
    A car was set on fire in the central suburb of Abu Rummaneh. When the oil compartment blew up, several windows were smashed. Thankfully no one was harmed.

    It is expected that there will be a mass-activation of sleeper cells during the so-called "Friends of Syria" meeting tomorrow in Tunis, in order to force the government into dealing with this organisation. Depending on the terrorist's performance, the organisation will issue one of two pre-prepared statements. The lack of attendance by Russia and China indicates that this plan is likely to have already failed amongst intelligence circles.

  • U.S. won't go to war with Iran if they are not assured of non-involvement by China, at least. They will let Israel make a pre-emptive strike or possible respond to a fαℓѕє fℓαg and then go to Israel's defense. I really think that China and Russia would just look the other way.

    Americans would be ecstatic. They would be saving God's Chosen people and gas prices would go down at the same time. It doesn't get better than that.  :rolleyes:

    and this also:

    Israel Backing Down from Iran Threats

    sourced from here: http://www.haaretz.com/print-edition/news/peres-to-tell-obama-israel-should-not-strike-iran-soon-officials-say-1.414212

    Quote
    President reportedly feels recent threats by Israeli spokesmen are unnecessary warmongering, believes Iran issue should be handled by superpowers. ...

    President Shimon Peres is expected to tell U.S. President Barack Obama early next month that he does not believe Israel should attack Iran in the near future.

    Sounds hopeful.

  • This does not appear to be getting any mainstream attention, but it would explain a lot:

    Apparently around 1500 foreign nationals were captured during the Syrian Army's retaking of Homs, in particular many French military. See here, but make sure you turn off Javascript as the page wants to redirect for some reason.

    Quote
    After a period of two days, required for the implementation of the agreements, not only the national armies of Syria, but also Lebanon, stormed the bases of the Wahhabi Legion. In northern Lebanon, a massive arsenal was seized in the town of Tripoli and four officers were taken prisoner in Akkar, in a school abandoned by UNRWA and transformed into a military HQ. In Syria, General Assef Shawkat in person commanded the operations. At least 1,500 fighters were captured, including a French colonel of the DGSE technical communication services, and more than a thousand people were killed. At this stage it is not possible to determine how many among the victims are foreign mercenaries, how many are Syrians cooperating with foreign forces, and how many are civilians trapped in the beleaguered city.

    Lebanon and Syria have restored their sovereignty over their entire territory.

  • For some reason, I seem to have been convinced that Syria would be the place in which the battle of Armageddon would be fought.  Maybe some Prottie idea?  I can't remember.

  • There's lots of trouble in Afghanistan right now....and we all know, or at least we've been told that Iran is funding Afghanistan insurgents.
    I didn't think that the United States would attack Iran just for Israel's bidding but this could be a "wmd" opportunity for justification.

  • A Radioactive Situation:

    Quote

    Destroying Iran’s many reactors and processing facilities could release large amounts of radiation and create radioactive dust storms. Winds would carry this toxic miasma over Afghanistan and its large U.S. military garrison. Dangerous radiation would also extend to Pakistan, western India, Iraq, Kuwait and to the Gulf, where large numbers of U.S. military personnel are based. Equally ominous, radioactive dust could blanket oil fields in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. High-altitude winds would spread radioactivity around the globe, as occurred at Chernobyl in the Ukraine, but at a factor of twenty times or more.

    This confirms how severely mentally deranged the Zionists are. If there is a full scale retreat from Afghanistan, then the Iran war can be assumed to be a certainty. And then in the years to come we will have radioactive petrol fumes covering our landscape.

    Quote

    Iran’s president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, was a war hero and highly decorated officer of Iran’s special forces during the Iran-Iraq War. He was credited with many successful missions deep behind Iraqi lines. Iran’s tough special forces will launch ground attacks on U.S. units and bases in Afghanistan, Central Asia, Kuwait and down the Gulf to Oman. Such raids may force the United States to send Marines, then regular ground troops into Iran to forestall attacks.

    And all of that is before China and Russia pitch in to help. (Actually I think it could be China and Russia who are helping the Afghani insurgents and not only Iran.)

    Quote

    Hezbollah now says that an Israeli attack on Iran will not automatically cause it to launch new waves of short-ranged missiles at Israel. Thanks to generous U.S. help, Israel has also erected an antimissile defense system along its northern border with Lebanon.

    ... but that defense system doesn't work. Israel has a false sense of security in this and this is why they are going to get wiped out.

    Quote

    A third major conflict, this time with Iran, would further wreck America’s finances and plunge the republic in an Orwellian state of permanent war.

    And so fulfilling many a prophecy.
