Title: USS Ronald Reagan heads for the Gulf

Unlike the USS Baattan, (she is on her way too) which is a small marine carrier that has mostly Harriers and choppers, The USS Ronald Reagan, our latest and greatest Nimitz Class carrier is rather quitely on its way to the Gulf with its associated Strike Force...

Not sure where you got this information but for now,  It's filling in for the Kitty Hawk in the Western Pacific and it is scheduled for a stop in Sasebo, Japan from Feb 24 to Feb 28.

Anyway, at any given time, the US could surge in the Gulf with the Truman, Nimitz, Roosevelt or the said USS Reagan if they so decide.
