Trump and the patriots working with him ("Q") are doing the best they can. To do the job right, there are many things that need to be prepared and lined up before they try to arrest all the bad guys. For example, they need support on the Supreme Court for some of what they have planned.

There has been a bit of a delay getting Kavanaugh confirmed for the open Supreme Court seat.

I know a priest who fled his homeland in Hungary when the Communists invaded, throwing Church bells down to break on the ground.
He fled to Venezuela in the 1950's, only to find under Caesar Chavez by 1970 that Communism was following him!
So he fled Venezuela and went to New York, only to find in following years that the same Communist environment he had fled from in Hungary and then Venezuela was starting to form in New York!
