For one, India is allready nuclear.

Also, the U.S. is positioning India has a proxy for influence in that region on important fronts like Pakistan, Iran and China.

The Pakistanis and the people from Bangledesh don't have a very friendly history with the people of India.

They don't like each other and the threat of Communist China doesn't make the situation any better.

What does "don't have a history with..." mean ?

They both have their nuclear missiles pointed at each others, they been fighting over Kashmir for years, and India is openly accusing Pakistan for this summers tragic train bombing... Seems like quite a bit of history to me.
