The coming surveillance - or not

This book gives details on a future surveillance system, complete with biometrics, National ID and so on.
But I have these questions:
Is the content of the book consistent with Catholic escathology (as the author is anti-Catholic)?
Is it potential for the plan to be executed in real life?
We must examine the things in the world very carefully, and this is the point where conspiracy theories come in. But one must know that one has to discern them. Same goes for private revelations.

Pelly, please define what you mean when you use the words
"conspiracy theories" and "damned conspiracy theorists". That would maybe help you to clarify your thoughts.

So why did you choose to label this thread with words which don't appear as a title anywhere in the link you posted?

I asked you

Why do you chose to use these expressions?.
