I believe they're doing this to counter the influx of NATO troops in Poland and Ukraine.

In the past, there was a time when Germans amassed troops and tanks on their border with Poland.

There is only one reason for Russia to be doing this. Remember that the Winter is coming soon and whatever they're planning to do, they'd best be done with it before November.

The Powers to Be want to get WW3 started because of the collapsing
economy. They are about to lose control and do not want to be blamed
for the collapse.
I heard on the Jeff Rense Internet Radio Show and the X22 Report
that the government of the Ukraine has purchased a fleet of old
obsolete Russian Tanks from Hungary only good to be recycled to scrap.
The junk tanks are being painted in Russian Colors and being trucked
to the front.
With Photo Shopping, the media will claimed that the Russians are
invading the Ukraine and kick off WW3.
The mass media is just a propaganda machine and is owned by the
oligarchs. I would be very critical in what they say.
