3. We must be in a position to respond to every act of opposition by war with the neighbors of that country which dares to oppose us: but if these neighbors should also venture to stand collectively together against us, then we must offer resistance by a universal war.

Solzhenitsyn wrote about the Protocols but I have been unable to locate it.  He spoke of the very odd mixture of language in it.

Ezra Pound cleared up the question of their authenticity very succinctly:

"Certainly the Protocols are a forgery, and that is the one proof we have of their authenticity. The Jєωs have worked with forged docuмents for the past 24 hundred years, namely ever since they have had any docuмents whatsoever."
