  • Pope Francis told crowds in St. Peter’s Square that this Christmas might be the last one for humanity.

In a grim speech, the Pope said that the current chaotic state of the world marks the beginning of the “end times”, and that this time next year the world is likely to be unrecognisable.

Francis, who previously announced the beginning of World War 3, had labelled this year’s Christmas as a “charade” during a Mass at the Casa Santa Maria earlier in the month.

“We are close to Christmas. There will be lights, there will be parties, bright trees, even Nativity scenes – all decked out – while the world continues to wage war,” he said earlier in December.

The Pontiff, who turned 79 on Thursday, elaborated on his views this weekend, telling a crowd, “While the world starves, burns, and descends further into chaos, we should realise that this year’s Christmas celebrations for those who choose to celebrate it may be their last“.

“Unless the path to peace is recognised, we must weep for those innocent victims who grow by the day, and ask God for forgiveness. As Jesus and God weeps, I do too“.

  • Apparently it doesn't take supernatural Faith to be able to see the writing on the wall, and the big picture of what's happening in the world right now.

World War 3 has practically started already -- it just seems normal to us because
    A) it's ramped up very gradually, so we're used to all the threats, posturing, and provoking of countries we don't like
    B) A nuke hasn't been dropped yet for everyone to see on the Evening News.

But if World War 3 was World War 2, we'd be living in about 1939 and the news would be telling us how Germany just annexed Poland...

  • Say what you want about Pope Francis, but give the devil his due. He's holding the position of Pope, and even if you think he isn't the Pope, he still is living the life of a Pope. He has all the advisers, all the diplomatic contacts, and all the knowledge that a real Pope would have in 2016. And his full-time job gives him the "leisure time" to  pay attention to, and worry about, the whole world in general. He's not busy putting in 40 or 60 hour work weeks, and he's not even taking care of a parish like most priests. Even religious (non-secular) priests have to say the Divine Office in common, study, and do manual labor.

He may not be the wisest of men (that's putting it very diplomatically!), but he does have the free time AND access to information that we don't have access to.

Again, it doesn't take being a True Pope, or even the Catholic Faith, to be able to see the writing on the wall.

Pope Francis is a man with a global perspective.

And even if he's Freemasonic and man-worshiping, that would mean that we have something in common: the earthly well being of mankind. His biggest flaw is focusing too much on man's earthly goods and not enough on his spiritual well-being. But how would that disqualify him from being concerned about something like war, which is pretty much a 100% earthly malady? Souls don't die from a world war. On the contrary, souls die in a fake peace like we're living in today!

How would being filled with Communist and Freemason ideals prevent him from wishing for a HUMAN peace in the world? And he's upset that we're not getting it. He sees how war is right at our doorstep.

  • There isn't much rhyme or reason to Bergoglio.  If he would come to his senses, he is probably better positioned personality/popularity-wise than even Wojtyla to restore conciliardom to true Catholicism.  I have thought that for a long time and this adds an extra glimmer of hope.  I don't fully agree with his idea of what the world's main woes are.  But at least he recognizes that the world is in a hell of a mess.

  • Don't forget that he knows the whole Third Secret of Fatima and exact nature of chastisements described there (including material ones). Perhaps in the text of the Third Secret there is some sort of indication about the time they will come - some statements of Fr Malachi Martin seem to indicate so, and next year we have 100th anniversary of Fatima apparitions. Of course, these are speculations, but given current state of the world we know that culmination of the chastisements (probably including some sort of supernatural event) can't be too far away in the future.

The Pope is a monstrously sloppy thinker.  Just because evil people in country Z all the way across the world are engaging in war for some false drummed up reason doesn't mean devout Catholics in country D are engaging in a charade.

The Pope's bromides are so vague they could be interpreted to mean anything!

The world has always been in a mess (some times admittedly worse than others but not necessarily the time periods we would guess) so this is perhaps his biggest mistake.  Our Lord personally told the apostles that if they belonged to the world the world would celebrate them as it's own and that Catholics are called out of the world.

Our Lord wouldn't want us out of the world if the world wasn't both rotten and a path to perdition.

I doubt very much that he does.  If it was even brought up to him, I doubt very much that he had any interest in reading what he would consider to be nothing more than superstitious garbage.  If the docuмent still existed when he became the "Bishop of Rome" it wouldn't surprise me if he tore it up in a fit of anger at being subjected to something connected to the Rosary.

Frankly, I didn't start having "normal" Christmases until I found tradition.

By the way, when did he say all this?  The title of the topic says "2015".  Was this two years ago?

  • If he knows anything at all, he gained the info from Lucifer, of whom his telescope is named after, as he waits for the aliens to come pick him up and rescue him.

I hope that's untrue, but it wouldn't be surprising. It would be the only Lucifer they believe exists.
