I didn't watch the  video so this may not be relevant, but ... Elon Musk is almost the only person in the mainstream eye who is publicly sounding the alarm about the catastrophic collapse in birth rates throughout the world and especially in civilized countries, and the desperate need to reverse this trend before society collapses. I don't think he's a depopulator at all; he is trying to stop the depopulation of the world, in fact.

Whitney Webb has written extensively about his ties to the deep state. He is at the forefront
of transhumanism.
All of "his" companies are basically CIA creations and he is little more than a cutout character
to front them, much like Zuckerberg with Facebook. 
Want to know how the government is able to harvest data on every human being and operate
without any oversight? Simple, just create a private corporation to do the dirty work that isn't
subject to the same budgets and public scrutiny.
