So why were the "Catholic" IRA bombing British protestants for years and blowing up policemen and innocent people including other Catholics in pubs?
Just to end up kissing the butts of Belgian Freemasons?
What a senseless waste of time, not to mention human life.
Sadly, yes. The IRA were and are Marxists with only the flimsiest pretense to "cultural" Catholicism to veil their true nature. Unfortunately, flimsy though it was, it was sufficent to fool a great many Irish... certainly a great many Irish Americans, including, I am ashamed to say, members of my own family.
The Irish certainly had genuine grievances with the English, but none of them justified resorting to Marxist revolutionary violence. I remain convinced that this deep-rooted animus toward the "damned English" and their monarchs is the reason the Irish so readily embraced the American revolutionary myth and assimilated so (comparitively) readily into such an un-Catholic and anti-Catholic society. If Washington and Co kicked out the English, they must have been good, regardless of their Masonic /Deistic / Protestant affiliations. To this day, my own ostensibly faithful Catholic relatives bristle at my criticisms of the Founding Fathers and my preference for a Catholic monarchy. Applying my Sensus Catholicus to my worldview has made me the de facto family Tory in their eyes.
The Americanist heresy could not have survived and thrived as it has without the active help of comfortable, assimilated Irish-American(ist)s. I think about that whenever I (inevitably) see an Irish surname attached to a modernist American prelate.
