  • So perhaps it's just a psy-op to make people think Iran is getting aggressive.

    It's true, Israel has TONS of weaponry, and they do deals with the USA all the time. They are armed to the teeth. But they always market their advanced weaponry as "defensive". Every military move they make, it's always "defensive". The poor Israelis would never brutalize anyone; they just "react" to those evil muslims.

    ...YEAH RIGHT!

  • But the original report speaks of Potential deals and negotiations, while the denial speaks of the actual purchase of the said planes that has never occured.

    Yes, surely the leaked report to the Jerusalem Post was in response to the U.S. military package presented this week, and surely, whether such negotiations took place -- and how serious they where -- is unknown.  

    However the denial is weak at best, as it denies something different then what is reported in the first place.

    The devil is in the details.
