It's obvous that Matthew (and everyone here) realizes that Russia cannot be "Holy" until it coverts to the True Church, and that the term is the general's.
"Holy Mother Russia" is literally Russian propaganda. It doesn't even mean what you think it does here in your post! You really don't know, do you? There have been voices on CathInfo stating that Russia is converting and is more moral than the West. You can't have it both ways.
