Government has the duty to enforce God's laws. A government that does not enforce God's laws is unjust. Governments cannot be neutral, they must be biased on the side of God, making it easy for their people to be good and making it difficult for them to be evil. Parents do not give their children vegetables and poison and ask them to choose what they want to eat for dinner. They "arrogantly order" their children to eat their vegetables.
