I remember this colonel. He had some good insights about the plandemic.

Digging through his history, it is interesting to note that he was in serious legal trouble over a decade ago, being a suspect in an assassination attempt of a major Russian oligarch and was arrested a few years later on charges of leading a coup attempt.
