I believe that the natural disaster that happened in the Philippines was an act of God, not an act of man using secret weather weapons.

Do you believe in weather weapons, Dolores?

Or it it just in this case of the Philippines to which you give a negative response?

Just interested to know.

I'm interested in this discussion.  Using this map, can we determine which nations God is displeased with, and/or which nations are the victims of weather weapons?

It looks like someone obviously hates Mexico.

I certainly would not dispute with anyone who says this is an act of God. God certainly had a part in this, as He is omnipotent and has power over nature, and mankind is (i.e. we are) deserving of His punishments. But can it not be both an act of God and an act of man? After all, God uses man at times to work for Him, even when that man denies God.

Dolores I wonder why you didn't answer my question:

NEWS BRIEF: Did you know that a law has been on the books since the late 1960's to forbid anyone from using Weather Modification techniques unless they received specific permission from the Federal Government? You can read all about this law by going to http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/15/330.shtml

Since no one has answered you, Neil, maybe OFW means Officer of Foreign Wars.  But I really don't know.
