Letter from Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority on hightened concern for a possible Anthax attack (posted on the US Food and Drug Administration web site):

"...The Secretary, HHS, provides notice of the determination of the Secretary of Homeland Security on September 23, 2008 that there is a significant potential for a domestic emergency involving a heightened risk of attack with a specified biological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear agent or agents--in this case, Bacillus anthracis, although there is no current domestic emergency involving anthrax, no current heightened risk of an anthrax attack, and no credible information indicating an imminent threat of an attack involving Bacillus anthracis...."

This Saturday morning, My 14 yr old daughter was outside. She ran in and said that a blue plane flew over head and sprayed something. The atmosphere smelled like tutti-frutti. A real sweet smell that lasted for hours. That is our shopping day and every spot we went to. from the eastside to the westside smelled heavily of this cloying scent. Come Monday all of my house is head-achey and coming down with some sort of upper respitory ailment. Fuzzy headed and just plain tired.
I think they are doing these attacks on us to wear us down so we are to tired to think, fight or give a darn.
