There are reports now that the virus is causing infertility in men ... even when they don't die.  Perhaps this is an attempt to control/reduce population.

When I saw the news reports showing the people being taken out of their homes, kicking and fighting, I thought oh, no, poor doofus people who have some kind of superstitious, Confucian or Buddhist kink in their brains, or something, can't get with the program and do what they're told.  Kind of like that Dr David Dao who refused to get off the plane when he was bumped from the flight, refusing to honor the contract he agreed to when he bought the ticket (airline tickets normally have an overbooking clause, and yes, you can be selected at random if need be), carried out of the plane and getting hurt in the process --- "people of Euro-American culture wouldn't do something like that, what's wrong with that guy?".



But now I see that maybe these Chinese knew something about their system that I don't know.

Might be good to consider now, what options we might have, if the Democrats get in power in a few years, impose socialized medicine, and start determining that those of us who are too old, or too sick, need to go to facilities where, ahem, our suffering will be alleviated.  Don't say it can't happen.  Medical care costs money.
