I don't think that this is happening or will happen. I think part of the reason for hiring mercinaries is to get the dirty work done without being accountable for the actions taken.

While at Hillsdale, Prince campaigned for presidential candidate Pat Buchanan, and also interned at the Family Research Council- an organization which his father and Gary Bauer co-founded.[9]

Yes well when you are trying to take over the world then yes it does take quite a few men and you may have to resort to hiring mercinaries.

One reason Blackwater - and others like them - are needed/used is because they can get around the 'rules of war' which our military are supposed to follow.
