It seems to me that the media in the west has been putting out a lot of propaganda lately to prepare us for war with Russia. Lots of stuff about how awful Russia is and how Putin is a warmonger when he expresses discontent with things like 40,000 NATO troops being stationed in Poland or NATO naval exercises in the Baltic (can you imagine the reaction if Russia but 40,000 troops in Mexico or had naval exercises in the Gulf of Mexico??).

Now this crash. From the pictures it's clear that a car suddenly veered across into oncoming traffic directly into the presidential car causing a head-on-collision. Putin was not in the car at the time but his favourite chauffeur was killed. Seems too much to be a coincidence to me and looks like an assassination attempt. Thoughts?

  • Please check your sources, I do not see any of this in the Russian Press
    nor any other news site.

  • Is the Daily Mail more reputable or reliable than the Sun?

    What about The Mirror?

I was under the impression that the Daily Mail is a "mainstream" media outlet, which would mean that they would not report something like this without confirming the basic facts. The spin they put on it is another question of course.

  • I can't find anything from a Russian source as well. But I did find another report which seems to have obtained the story from what appears to be a source from the UK as well. Sure makes one wonder...
