    On October 23 and 24 (Wednesday and Thursday) in the EU, especially in London and Manchester, England, in Paris, France, in Barcelona, Spain, in the Netherlands, and in Sweden, it is probably best to be safe at home and stay away from public venues such as theaters, concerts, malls, restaurants, large department stores, and other large gatherings such as soccer games.

    I guess Boris is under water restrictions and cannot take a daily shower. Gov. Brown pulled the same stunt on all of California when he told us to take a shower or tub bath only once a week or less.
