They said that they deserve a life there because it's bad in Morocco? They would just decimate, run down and destroy Ceuta. Then they would complain and move on to another place. All the major cities in the USA are ruined by illegals and migrants. Crime goes unchecked.

It should be painfully obvious that Trump and the Republicans have never been serious about illegal immigration.
It's all theater. 
There are any number of ways the government could get the vast majority of invaders to self deport, one being
to prohibit remittances or at least tax them so high that it wouldn't be worth it to them. 
Where I live they are EVERYWHERE, especially in the local crime blotter. 
At this point their presence is so ubiquitous that actual Americans have resigned themselves to their demographic
displacement.
