I don't think we should be giving Russia or Israel any money period. As the article pointed out, what isn't this money being spent on producing these helicopters in this country. How about the 35 billion in military equipment the USA will just abandon in Afghanistan once we withdraw.

It was a useless war to begin with. That being said I would revitalize military spending here while cutting foreign entanglements and treaties abroad.

I thank God Russia has intervened in Syria because now it backed the neo-cons off from being as bloodthirsty.
