I'd like to find one before the reforms mandated by VII, and before Summorum Pontificuм. I checked Angelus Press, but they seem to only have Living the Little Office, which is a guide, explanation, and aid to understanding the Little Office of the BVM. Does it also include the actual Little Office, too? Anybody know where I can buy a traditional (pre-Vat II) Little Office with English translation? Thanks.

You can try Amazon (use the link below the website title and the SSPX Bishops' letters), or eBay, or Abebooks.com. Make sure to enquire the seller what year the tome was published, and so forth.
The one St. Bonaventure Publications reprinted does not incorporate the reforms of Pope St. Pius X, as it was taken from the 1904 edition of the celebrated and rare tome of Rev. Fr. Lasance, Prayer-Book for Religious.
A while ago I posted the Carmelite Rite Little Office, but without a vernacular translation:

I have one put out by Carmel Books. It's printed in Great Britain with a imprimatur of 1914. It is a Latin-English translation. I think it can still be found quite easily.
