This is like your one in the OP. That one has been detailed with crochet cotton and hook which would be easily made by some kind lady who can crochet.

Might you be confusing the Sacred Heart badge with the Precious Blood badge which Pius IX promoted?
The Precious Blood badges have the words of Pius IX "Place a drop of the Precious Blood upon thy heart and fear nothing" with "words of Pius IX below.  On the reverse is the heart of Jesus surrounded by thorns with a drop of blood dripping from the wound in His heart.  Could this be the one indulgenced?

I would like to post a picture of this badge but don't know how.

I have never seen a reference of Pius IX to the Sacred Heart badge and I have many old badges.

I want to get an old fashioned looking Sacred Heart badge to put on my fleece jacket that would qualify for the indulgence granted by Pope Pius IX... I also would like to make sure the badge has no text or the text in Latin, Italian, or French (the first and latter preferably)
Finding exactly what you are looking for may be difficult. Have you considered making your own? Learning how is interesting and will develop practical skills that may be of help to you and others in the future.

I can't find much information about the indulgence granted by Pius IX. Would this work? This might be the original design of the Sacred Heart badges.

Blessed Pius IX and the Badge

In 1870 a Roman lady, wishing to know the opinion of the Holy Father Pius IX about the Badge of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, presented him with one. Touched by the sight of this emblem of salvation, the Pope approved the devotion forever and said: "This, Madam, this is an inspiration from Heaven. Yes, from Heaven."

After a short moment of silence, he added:

"I am going to bless this Heart and want all badges made after this model to receive the same blessing, so that in the future, it will not be necessary for the blessing to be renewed by a priest. And I want Satan to be unable to cause any harm to those who wear this Badge, symbol of the adorable Heart of Jesus."

Wishing to foster the pious habit of wearing the Badge, in 1872, Blessed Pope Pius IX granted one hundred years indulgence who wear this emblem and pray daily one Our Father, one Hail Mary, and one Glory Be.

Afterward, the Holy Father composed this beautiful prayer:

"Open Thy Sacred Heart, O Jesus! Show me its beauty and unite me with It forever. May the throbbing and all the movements of my heart, even during sleep, be a testimony of my love and tell Thee unceasingly: Yes, Lord Jesus, I adore Thee... accept my poor good actions... grant me the grace of repairing evil done... so that I may praise Thee in time and bless Thee for all eternity."
