  •   The Law of God tells people what to do and what not to do.
The Law of God puts needs, desires, temptations and weakness of man into account.
But there is always a question: whose needs, temptations and desires matter? Whose weaknees can we call a human weakness?
A really effective Law is supposed to show a way to answer normal needs and cravings of people, like food, drink, shelter etc. it cannot concern itself with odd and weird demands of a little minority who might be suffering from a mental illness or a moral depravity. (like those who love to eat dirt and blood or those who have a mania for different things)
When any activity is prohibitted because it is incitive to sin, it means that it is incitive to a great number of people. Truely, we cannot ban shoes and hats just because an idiot suffering from a fetish night be tempted by them. But we can and should forbid nudity, as it is an occasion of sin for nearly everybody.
I can ennumerate countless examples to prove it. Cloths, cars, chairs, tables etc. are built for those of normal size and weight. We cannot destroy this order just because some people have giganism, nonism and other hormonal diseases.
Can we really object to the fact that shirts and coats have two sleeves? Can we say it is unjust because some people have only one hand or more than two hands?
It is the first part of my question. After hearing your answers I will ask the second part.

  •   People with Pica syndrome love to eat unedible objects. Eating body parts and dirt can happen in some rare diseases.

  •   If we say that the basis of dos and don'ts in God's Law is the ordinary man's weak and strong points, then the objection that why is this or that allowed in this or that country? can be easily answered.
I am writing this with the intention of defending the middle east culture.
      You say:

    Quote
Why does the middle east culture allow people to shake hands, exchange kisses etc. with those of their own gender? Isn't it something homo?

      I say:
Why does the west allow people to use shoes and sandals?
Aren't there so many shoe fetishists in the world?
    ..................................
The normal person isn't tiggered by looking at a shoe, it is why there is no law that forbids footwears. In the same way, I can say that as the normal person is supposed to be hetero, (ie. not attracted to those of his own gender) we have no law that seperates men from men or women from women.
