Are they not broadcasting for 2015? I only see 2014 and earlier in their archives and their "latest" is from October 2014.

His voice sounds rather familiar, I think I've heard it from the Audio Sancto archives which I've been told are FSSP priests.

Does anyone know who this priest is for sure?

Fr. Michael Rodriguez from Shafter, Texas.
Diocese
Put his name in quotes and GOOGLE also search YOUTUBE.
Many super excellent sermons.
He was suppressed after many years by his bishop (small b on purpose) as he was too Catholic.
Listen to him talk before the city council against homo.
I have dl'd some of his sermons, ( 10 so far, there must be more) converted to mp3 ( then Compact Disc) so available for "boom box" people ( folks without computers).
Would that he joined the Resistance instead of being obedient and been transferred to west armpit, Texas.
Better than most "audio sancto" sermons by far.

I did hear from them today:

I read some of the comments on youtube, he was banished? Where is he now?

i haven't listened to this yet, but an older comments section here makes a pretty good case that the 6 month sabbatical had nothing to do with TLM.
