Title: Urgent Prayer Request

I beseech you in your charity, in the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary, to pray for Mrs. Tracy Miller, an exemplary Catholic wife and mother of seven children who has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Please pray especially tomorrow on the Feast of St. Thomas of Canterbury, the 29th of December, when she is scheduled to undergo surgery. Please pray that the removal of the thyroid will assure the annihilation of all cancerous cells in her body.

Please also be mindful of her husband, children and the rest of her family, that they may bear and offer this Cross together with Mrs. Miller in filial self-abandonment to Divine Providence, and with such sentiments and volition so as to make them worthy of benedictions and graces that exceed their desires and far surpass the anxieties and fears that assail them.

I have been informed that Mrs. Miller's surgery that was to take place on the 29th of December has been canceled and shall be rescheduled for early January.

Please continue to pray for Mrs. Miller and her family.

The surgery is scheduled for 12:30 PM, Pacific Standard Time.

Please keep her in your prayers, especially in that hour.

Post by: Hobbledehoy on January 18, 2012, 12:27:19 AM: It is doubtless a signal grace of Divine Providence and of the patronage of Blessed Mary ever-Virgin that the Masses requested for my family by two of my friends for different occasions and at different times shall both be offered at two different Chapels tomorrow, when Mrs. Miller shall undergo surgery.

Therefore, my family and I shall spiritually offer these Masses for this most urgent and worthy intention, together with all the Masses offered all throughout the world tomorrow. Please join us in this spiritual oblation.

However, I implore you to continue your prayers for her and for her family, as she has further medical treatment to undergo, and I do not know if she has been effectively freed from the cancer, as it could have spread beyond the thyroid.

May God and Blessed Mary every-Virgin reward your charity with an abundance of every heavenly grace and blessing!
