Holy Rosary Sunday        Feast of St. Francis of Assisi

Hello dear friends in Christ.

My 57 year old sister, Aurelia, who suffered cancer at age 18 and has had failing health
ever since, has had another episode with her heart - after blocked arteries,
angioplasties, etc. for several years now.  Her entire venous system is frail and getting
worse. . . .

She was taken to Beaumont Hospital in Detroit late last night by ambulance.  She is in the
I.C.U. and they have discovered further blockage of her coronary artery(ies).  My mother
asked her if she could send to her Father N__,  and my poor sister said "definitely not."

Please pray for her to receive the Gift of Faith, which she had in her youth and now says
she is not a Christian, but says she believes in an afterlife and she believes in God.  Of
course, this is her own manufactured religion.

Please pray that she not die in this state of loss of the Faith.  Please pray if God so
desires He will send Our Lady and Holy Angels to visit Aurelia in her hospital room and
restore her to Christ and His Saving Graces.

This younger sister of mine is a woman of much loving and generous service to everyone -
and everyone loves her and considers her to be a good person.  She has very few faults,
except this most important one - her loss of Faith which she claims occurred after she got
the cancer at such a young age.

No more need be said - as I trust you will take this cause into your heart and beg God for
mercy and graces of conversion and healing.  My mother is 87 and this latest episode of
coronary illness is causing her great fear and stress over this daughter.  So, please
remember both of them in your kind and powerful prayers.  May Our Lady of Mercy look with
kindness on both of them: Aurelia (my sister) and Elvira (my mother).
