First Saturday meditations

Are there any good Traditional First Saturday meditations that I can read? I find it hard to meditate on a single point for minutes at a time, as I get distracted. I’m looking for something longer that I can read and meditate on while I read.

We're supposed to meditate on the Rosary, right? There are many books on the Passion of Christ, so that covers the Sorrowful mysteries. You could look for books on the sorrows of Mary for the sorrowful mysteries. You can read the mysteries as presented in bible, a Haydock or other commentary Bible may have a little more to offer, and think about who, what, when, where, why, how, what each person might be thinking, ect. Maybe try to explore patterns across the 3 sets of mysteries.

Rosary meditation books include: Rosary Warfare, Father Monsabre's Meditations on the Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, The Book of the Holy Rosary by Henry Formby, Father Peyton's Rosary Prayer Book, also The Secret of the Rosary by St Louis De Montfort might help.
