Hi is there any Catholic teaching on this scripture

I know the only thing in the catechism is that the church will undergo a death and resurrection

But this scripture implies it can be too late for gentiles ?

You need to interpret Scripture in the light of Catholic teaching. If you're not expert at Catholic teaching, it's seriously time for you to hit the books.

We're not Protestants. Scripture is not where you start in your quest for becoming a good Catholic. You need to start with basic Catechism, writings of the Church Fathers, and other spiritual works -- as for Scripture, it is the inspired Word of God, but you NEED A GUIDE or you WILL get lost.

Scripture is not sufficient by itself to lead you to heaven. On the contrary, presuming to strike out on your own without a guide is a sure recipe to end up a heretic.

To answer your question:

It is never too late for YOU or ANYONE YOU KNOW who is a Gentile. That includes virtually everyone on CathInfo, BTW. That's all you need to worry about. This life is a Time of Mercy. If God were done with you, you'd be dead. He obviously is continuing to give you chances to save your soul or you wouldn't be drawing breath right now.

You don't need to concern yourself with God's macro overall plan for Creation spanning centuries. All YOU need to worry about is pleasing God with the time you have, doing God's will, following the Commandments, and saving your soul. Attend to the lesser things, and don't worry about high and mighty matters which are not your concern.

It's similar to my answer to the question "When is the end of the world?" The end of the world for YOU is when you die. And that could be at any time. So make sure you're always in the State of Grace, and you're all set!

But this scripture implies it can be too late for gentiles ?
[20] And when you shall see Jerusalem compassed about with an army; then know that the desolation thereof is at hand.
[21] Then let those who are in Judea, flee to the mountains; and those who are in the midst thereof, depart out: and those who are in the countries, not enter into it. [22] For these are the days of vengeance, that all things may be fulfilled, that are written. [23] But woe to them that are with child, and give suck in those days; for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. [24] And they shall fall by the edge of the sword; and shall be led away captives into all nations; and Jerusalem shall be trodden down by the Gentiles; till the times of the nations be fulfilled. [25] And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, by reason of the confusion of the roaring of the sea and of the waves;
[26] Men withering away for fear, and expectation of what shall come upon the whole world. For the powers of heaven shall be moved; [27] And then they shall see the Son of man coming in a cloud, with great power and majesty. [28] But when these things begin to come to pass, look up, and lift up your heads, because your redemption is at hand.

Jesus here is responding to those who intended to trap Him (read previous chapter) namely the chief priests, scribes, elders, then the Sadducees, then He addresses the people in general. This is in the Temple. These people are Jҽωs. He is warning them of the coming destruction of Jerusalem. He is telling them that vengeance is coming. He is reassuring those, whether gentile of Judean, who will be, (because of their adherence to Him)

Quote
betrayed by your parents and brethren, and kinsmen and friends; and some of you they will put to death. [17] And you shall be hated by all men for my name's sake
So no, It does not mean that it is too late for the gentiles or for anyone else who turn to Him in their hearts.

Do you have access to a wise traditional priest about your "last days", "last chance" anxieties. if so, have you sought counsel from him?

Keep in mind that in the New Testament, which we are in, the Church is now the chosen people; and those who reject the Church are the spiritual gentiles. Only the Jews had the Faith in the Old Testament, and everyone else was a Gentile in Faith and in race. Now that Jesus has Redeemed mankind, all who accept Him and His Mystical Body; the Church, are now the New Jerusalem, the recipients of the Promises. Those who where Gentile by race can now be members of the New Jerusalem by Faith. This New Testament of Salvation that was now open to all was a scandal to those Jews who had no Charity, who did not grasp these spiritual distinctions. They became gentiles by lack of Faith.
