The raccolta states than any blessed article looses its blessing if it is sold.  The blessing belongs to the owner at the time it is blessed.
As an aside, indulgences attached to a blessing on a rosary is lost if it is sold or even lent to someone other than the owner of the rosary.
So it's ok? Does it apply to schismatics "blessing" it?

Can heretics and schismatics bless anything?  A priest is a priest is a priest.  I think if a priest is validly ordained and becomes an heretic or schismatic he can still administer the sacraments in an emergency so maybe the blessing is valid but if he's not validly ordained there is no blessing to begin with.  Just my opinion.
Make your purchase and have it blessed

Yes but I am not sure how efficacious it would be. However this sede priest told me he thinks it is ok to go to an ortho "church" for Holy Water and this is a guy who thinks even Padre Pio may have died a schismatic.
