Thanks for adding that story, Geremia. It’s one of my favorites. Back when I was in the Novus Ordo, I was a member of the Third Order.

Not that I’m aware of. I received all the traditional materials: novice instruction course, 15 CDs, handbook, rule and constitutions, and catechism from friends in New Zealand so that I could learn what I lacked in order to be “conditionally” professed as a Third Order Franciscan. I’m almost finished. Once done, I’ll have to find to whom I’d have to go.
