Yes, indeed! Claudio Monteverdi is one of my favorite composers. Did you know that he was ordained a priest in his sixties? It is interesting how some composers, like him, became closer to God and His Church as they got older.

And for some reason we are subjected to OCP and GIA drivel when volumes of such beautiful music filled our churches for centuries.
