Martyred?  He was being bigoted, hateful, and heretical in claiming that those without the faith cannot be saved ... some wicked, rigid, evil proselytizing Pelagian (per Bergoglio).

Now, most Trads would praise St. Peter ... while at the same time, out of the other sides of their mouth, condemning his statement as heretical.
