I was there when I was seventeen. As you probably already know, the Basilica is in the Province of Quebec. I do recall there being stairs which pilgrims went up on their knees. The stairs are a replica of the Scala Santa in Rome.

I would imagine there are a number of Churches with replicas of the Pieta. The one in Sainte Anne de Beaupre, however, does not have any flaws that I am aware of.
