There is no way to say this without sounding a bit churlish, but it's unfortunate that the obituary contains a reference to a "Mass of Christian Burial", apparently at a mainline Novus Ordo parish.

I have left detailed instructions with my attorney and my trustee to ensure that, when that time must come, I have a traditional Latin Requiem Mass in accord with the pre-Vatican II Roman Missal.  I strongly recommend that anyone here take the same measures.  I have also arranged for thirty Gregorian Traditional Latin Masses, as I did for both of my parents, with the stipend to be paid out of my estate.

Requiescat in pace.
