  • I need a list of holy days of obligation by each region. In the NO, I was taught that the obligatory feasts in my region are Christmas, New Year's Day and Assumption. I had to ask is since Corpus Christi is nearly impossible to be observed on the right date where I live due to it being a work day and Novus Ordo has a tendency to tow feasts from work days.
(Also, nobody have posted on Corpus Christi yet)

  • For what it's worth and this is under new canon law:

    Quote
    Hungary[edit]
Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God (called Újév)
     Epiphany (called Vízkereszt)
Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (called Nagyboldogasszony)
     All Saints' Day (called Mindenszentek)
     Christmas (called Karácsony)
Help of Christians, guard our land from assault or inward stain,
Let it be what God has planned, His new Eden where You reign.

Your post is the only one on CathInfo that mentions Corpus Christi.

I started a new thread in Liturgy Chant Prayers for this Feast Day, but I'm a day late!

    How could that happen?
