I'd like to bump this thread and first of all say thank you to everyone who posted in this thread for the books they recommended.
I'd now like to recommend a few more.
St. John Chrysostom's "Eight Homilies Against the Jєωs" is a must-read for any Catholic who wants the truth about the Jєωs. A very powerful book and a great read. I actually have just recently begun reading it and still have a little ways to go, but so far I am thoroughly enjoying it. You can read all eight homilies here:

I also recently began reading St. Louis de Montfort's "True Devotion to Mary" and "The Secret of the Rosary" (thanks to Hobbles for recommending the latter one). Both are must-reads for Catholics.
Two good works from St. Alphonsus Ligouri are "Twelve Steps to Holiness and Salvation" and "The Glories of Mary". I'd definitely recommend those.
Finally, I think it is convenient today, in honor of his Feast Day, to recommend St. Francis De Sales' book "Introduction to the Devout Life".
God Bless.
