Photos of Masses celebrated in labor camps?
« on: May 23, 2021, 08:24:13 PM »
I wonder if there are any pictures of priests/bishops saying mass while locked up by the nαzιs, soviets, etc. I am curious as to what they used to celebrate the Holy Mass.

I'm fairly certain that the nαzιs and Soviets would shut that down rather than take pictures. Masses most likely took place in private, away from the eyes of the guards.

Photos? Of course not but you could read a book:With God in Russia by Fr. Walter Ciszek.

Priests that were imprisoned by the third reich were mostly communists and sodomites.
It is fairly well known...
