Which is why no one should obey them.  
Stop being intimidated, people.  There is not enforcement capability for these vast orders.

I didn't obey them from the get go.

I run a lot and I cross into the next county which was on lockdown in spring and early summer. I still clandestinely ran through it and tore down "trail closed" signs and I removed the barriers and tossed them into hard to find places.

One night, the cops were on a stake out waiting for me. They were hungry for an arrest but it just wasn't gonna happen with me. I saw them and they saw me, but I evaded their despotism. I was 2 miles behind enemy lines but I made it back to my county as a free man as I used cover effectively after "gapping burst" (separating myself from them as quickly and as much distance as possible).
