I met Father Fulham about 19 years ago when I was visiting Florida. It seems that his position had changed a few times over the years. This is what I know about him: He was ordained by Bishop Pivarunas and was consecrated a bishop through the Duarte-Costa line. He held the sede position until 1998, as a matter of fact it was around the time that I met him that he became an ardent anti-sede. I think that in recent years he became a bit less ardent in that position. In any event, may he Rest In Peace!

It was "curioustrad"

He was actually a bishop, keeping a low profile and pretty much keeping out of the fray.

Apparently Fr. Joseph Pfeiffer went to him (among others) seeking the Episcopate, but since Bp. Fulham attended the same seminary at the same time as Fr. Pfeiffer, he "knew him too well" to want to consecrate him.

My understanding is that he was consecrated by sedevacantists (Thuc line), but he has since dropped that position. Hence his recent apostolate as "Fr. Fulham".

How fascinating! (EENS, Thuc line Bishop, ex-sede, anti-Pfeiffer, Cathinfo regular)

I wish I would have met him.

Let's keep in our regular prayers for the poor souls.

Ah, found the thread....  +Fulham, aka curioustrad, was kind, funny and intelligent. There was not a mean bone in his body.  Requiescat in Pace, dear friend.
