We all know that the devil seeks to take from us contrition for our sins, and assures us with a false hope that they are without consequence.
But today I ask you to pray for a Bishop I know from whom I receive the sacrament of confession. He is in his 80's, and is retired, and is a bishop of the conciliar church. However in my discussions with him I have found him to possess true faith, and to be highly orthodox, and his belief that the new mass is the same is an honest mistake. I believe that God will forgive him because he has a Catholic character, but in order to preempt the devil who desires he be damned, please pray some prayers for him that whatever notions of Tradition he gets from me will be heard eagerly and will be adopted by him, that he will have less error when he goes before his judge. He was ordained before Vatican 2 and is a very nice person who had a reputation of being a good preacher. The new bishop of this parish seems to be less orthodox than the previous one, but he has the power now.

Please remember him in your prayers and say the Angelus for him.
