Which devotions do you practice?

In "Fiddler On The Roof"  Motel asks  the Rabbi if he has a blessing  for a sewing machine.  The rabbi responds, "There is a blessing for everything."  Apparently Hobble has a litany for everything.

 :roll-laugh1:

I haven't seen that docuмentary.

To be fair, it's the Franciscan Rev. Fr. Benjamin Francis Musser who "has a litany for everything." After all, the title of the book is Kyrie Eleison: Two Hundred Litanies with Historico-Liturgical Introduction and Notes.

Um..."Fiddler On The Roof" is not a docuмentary.  It's a musical.

Anyways, getting back on topic....

Here is something that may be useful for those who are wont to pray for the Holy Souls in Purgatory.

During my trip to another country I thought about possible devotions to look into for the future. I was wondering particularly of these devotions:

Sacred Heart
Immaculate Heart
Miraculous Medal
Brown Scapular
St. Benedict's Medal
Holy Name/Face
Child Jesus
Consecration to Jesus through Mary

As I've really only dealt with the Rosary, I don't know much of any other devotions. I know that there are many false devotions and some that are true and good. I was wondering which of these are good devotions, which are false (if any) and which ones should be adopted. If you'd like to talk about something I didn't already mention (not Divine Mercy as I reject that and I'm already into the Rosary) please feel free.

All the devotions you mentioned are edifying. Besides the Rosary, I've read about some other devotions and tried to foster them. Alas, the only other that made root in my heart is the Seven Dolours of Our Lady.

How many devotions do you practice, and how many devotions do you think one should practice at a time?

I practice only two. I don't know how many one should practice and I'd like to hear from others too.
