Title: Prayers, please

I don't know if anyone has posted this or not here. If I am repeating something someone already knows, please forgive me.
Do any of you know Innocenza? She used to post here sometimes, the last time around March I believe.
She and I have been corresponding for a short time but I hadn't heard from her in a few months. I sent several messages to her and left a few messages.
Yesterday, her cousin sent an e-mail to me and I called her back.
She has had several strokes and is now living in a nursing home. She has lost her hearing among other things.
I know that she doesn't have any family, really, other than her cousin who lives 8 hours away.
Please pray for her!
If you would like further details or an address to maybe send a card or something, please PM me.
Nursing home patients are often times very forgotten. Many do not have family and may go for many months or years without so much as a visit from someone other than a Dr. or nurse. They live in a very sad state and the conditions there are often horrible.
