I know Father Peek, I think!  Didn't he offer Mass at the Saint Philomena mission in Waterloo?!  I thought that he was a professor at the seminary in Winona, Minnesota.  Please let me know.  Father Peek baptized my third child.

  • Yes, Fr.John Peek passed away monday morning. His Requiem Mass was yesterday. Im sure his body has already been transported to his home state of Georgia. Please pray for the repose of his soul. He did so much good in his 13 years as a priest.

Katara, you didnt post a prayer request for Padre Peek like you were supposed to?!!

I am very, very sorry to hear of Father John Peek's passing.  The priest who baptized my third child was Father James Peek:

Losing any priest, especially one of Tradition, is always very difficult.  I will pray for Father John.
