Call the nearest traditional priest (sedevacantist is to be preferred, as sspx does not doubt N.O. baptisms by default.)  Do not rely on the novus ordo "priest" to give you accurate sacramental theology.  Seriously!  Call and talk to a priest, not a layman.  That said, this layman  thinks the question is somewhat silly:  you say you cant get to an sspx priest.  Can you get to any undoubtedly valid priest?  If not, you should never receive "communion" from them anyway.  A doubtfully valid sacrament is cannot be approached.  Your Easter obligation is in no way binding if subject to grave inconvenience ( which your situation indicates by being a minor without transportation.)  Whether you were or were not validly baptised, the answer is the same: seek a surely valid traditional priest and tell him your situation.  Submit to his judgement.  Allow Providence to sort out the details.
